How Do I Place An Order?
To order, simply find a product you like and click 'add to bag.' To view your shopping bag at any time, click the little shopping bag icon at the bottom of the page. During checkout you may be directed through our payment gateway to complete your order. All orders must be placed via this website. We will not accept phone orders at this time.
Payments
Accepted payment methods are credit and debit cards. Other payment methods such as cash, check, gift cards, and payments over the phone are not accepted. Full payment is required at the time an order is placed. Payment transactions are processed through our merchant services company and it may take several days before the transaction processes at your financial institution.
Shipping Policy
We are temporarily not shipping or delivering any orders. All orders placed online must picked up in store or at the walk-up window. The age-verified purchaser must pick up their order in person.
All orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Once processed, the order will be shipped on the next available postal work day. All orders will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise communicated to the purchaser.
At this time we only ship to Ohio to support our local customers. We do not offer out-of-state or international shipping. All orders will be shipped via USPS with tracking or delivered via local delivery. Local delivery is available to select zip codes only and verified buyer must be available by phone to arrange delivery.
Privacy Policy
Zero1 only collects information for the purpose of your order. This means we need your personal, payment, shipping, and contact information. We save access to this information that we use for order follow-ups, returns, refunds, and arranging delivery. Zero1 is not in the business of information sharing. We will never sell your information to anyone. Usage of the website is subject to our terms and to the terms of our host, Wix.com. Payment processing is handled by BankcardUSA. We chose these companies because we feel they have above average standards and policies and we believe you will, too.
Taxes and Fees
All orders placed will be charged a sales tax of 7.5%.
Shipping fees vary and are based on methods available and selected during checkout.
Warranty Policy
We do not offer a warranty on any products sold on our website. Many of the products we sell are supported by a manufacturer warranty. If you believe you are experiencing a warrantable issue please contact the manufacturer of the product.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted under DOA circumstances. If you receive an item that is damaged or dead on arrival (DOA) you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return. For all return inquiries you must contact us first and we will issue you a return shipping label. Returned items will not be replaced until we have received the DOA item back to our office. All efforts will be made to replace the item with a same or similar device before a refund may be issued.
E-liquid is not eligible for return under any circumstance. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Refund/Replacement Policy
All sales are final and all products are sold as is. Equipment refunds or replacements will only be issued under our return policy. Please see our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that that we view as questionable or fraudulent. If your order is canceled by us the payment will be stopped or refunded.
Out of Stock Policy
All attempts are made to insure the correct availability is seen in our inventory, if an item is processed for payment and cannot be shipped due to being Out Of Stock we will contact you before your order is filled to make arrangements for the item to be removed from the order before shipment. If payment has already been processed a refund may be issued for the item(s) removed from the order.
Delayed shipment and preorder processing is not an option for Out Of Stock items.
